NewPath Recruitment is focused on recruiting qualified native English teachers from Canada and the USA to go and teach overseas. Our goal is to provide our partner schools with qualified, committed teachers which meet the school’s requirements, while providing our teachers with information, options, and support they need to have the best experience possible. We also promote our partner schools at different types of university and work abroad fairs, and to different TEFL/TESL organizations in order for the schools to build a stronger presence and image across North America.
NewPath Recruitment has over 14 years of EFL experience in all areas including teaching, training, curriculum development, recruitment, and management. Our recruitment experience comes from recruiting for Japan’s largest private children’s English school. We currently provide recruitment services to universities, public schools, private language schools, and summer English camps in Japan and South Korea. We are a Canadian company that understands cultural differences, and through our experience, know what type of teacher it takes to be successful at living and working abroad.
NewPath Recruitment was founded by Yujiro Aoki, and it is based in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
