Q: Our school would like teacher recruitment assistance. What’s the first step? A: If you are interested in our service, please contact us by email or phone first, and then we can give you more information regarding our service and also find out more about your recruitment needs. Tel: 1-778-737-8734 Email: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it Q: How many teachers can you recruit? A: We can adjust to your recruitment needs. For example, some of our current client schools only require a few teachers per year, while others require up to 40 teachers per year. These teachers can be recruited on a monthly basis, or at one or two major dates during the year. If you have very specific requirements for your teachers, please let us know, and then we will be able to give you a realistic assessment on the number of teachers that can be recruited. Q: How much does your service cost? A: We have a very reasonable price structure, which includes a trial period fee. Depending on the number of teachers required, our fees may be negotiable. Please contact us for more details. Q: What happens if a teacher recruited through NewPath quits or has to be fired? A: With NewPath Recruitment, our teacher guarantee is for 90 days. If a teacher breaks the contract or is deemed unsuitable to teach within the first 90 days of the contract, NewPath will replace that teacher for free or will refund the full recruitment fee. Q: If we decide to use your service, could we still use our own resources to recruit teachers? A: Yes. We would send you interested candidates, but if you decide to hire a teacher that you have recruited using your own resources, that is fine, and there is no fee. However, if you have hired a teacher through NewPath, and have already applied for their visa, we would like you to commit to that teacher. If, for whatever reason, you must cancel this teacher’s employment and visa application process, there would still be no fee. But of course we would like to avoid this type of situation as it would negatively impact the teacher. |
