We understand that when teachers don’t finish their contracts or when they have to be let go, this causes many problems and it’s the students and your business that suffers.

With NewPath Recruitment, our teacher guarantee is for 90 days. If a teacher breaks the contract or is deemed unsuitable to teach within the first 90 days of the contract, NewPath will replace that teacher for free or will refund the full recruitment fee.
