After initial contact, we would like to discuss with you, through email or on the phone, the following:

- If you have the necessary qualifications

When you first contact us, please attach your resume so that we can see your qualifications and experience.
2. The Interview
Depending on the outcome of our first contact, NewPath Recruitment will arrange an initial interview with you. Aside from the interview questions, we will go over the working conditions in detail and discuss any questions or concerns you may have. We will then send your information to our clients, who will then let us know if they are interested in pursuing your application, and if they will want to speak to you directly.
3. Hiring Stage
If hired, NewPath Recruitment can provide you with:
- Information on your destination
- Information on your school (if available)
- Information on the visa process
- Information on other necessary documentation
- Information on travel to your destination
4. Visa And Other Important Issues
NewPath Recruitment will facilitate the visa process to make sure that you get the correct visa, and that you get it on time. We will also be reminding you of other important things you need to do before departing.
5. Time Before Departure
Before you depart, you may have mixed emotions. You will feel excited and enthusiastic about your new adventure. But, you may also feel uncertainty, nervousness, and anxious about traveling to a different country. After you depart for your destination, feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Your experience is very important to us and we will be here to support you if there are any issues with your employment, or any other issues you may come across.
